About me
Kelsey Finch (she/her), LMHC, received her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Drake University. She currently works at New Beginnings Counseling Center in Urbandale, Iowa, where she works with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, couples, families, adolescents, and adults. Kelsey has led support groups for transgender and questioning teenagers and parents of transgender and questioning teenagers and has enjoyed attending trainings and learning more about individuals who identify as LGBTQ+. Additionally, Kelsey is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
